Returns Policy

Upon receiving your LUSEA garments please take the upmost care. We recommend removing any jewellery, make-up or fake tan before trying on items as we are unable to accept refunds on any of the following:

  • Products which have been damaged or soiled, this includes but is not limited to: marks, make up, fake tan, snagging fabric
  • Products which have had their tag removed (this is stated on the tags) 
  • Products (where applicable) without their hygiene cover intact or evidence to suggest this was removed whilst trying on. This is to protect all of our customer's health and hygiene

Making a Return

Sorry you don't love your item! To make a return, please ensure the criteria from our Returns Policy are met and email with 'RETURN' in the subject title followed by your order number. Please tell us which garment you'd like to return, the reason why along with your full name. We'll get back to you at the soonest opportunity, please allow 3 working days. 

Where possible please use the original packaging to return your order to reduce waste. 

Our Policy 

  • We offer refunds if the garment including its label is in a new, undamaged, unworn, re-sellable condition. The return request needs to be made within 14 days of the order being placed. Where applicable (bikini bottoms and swimsuits) the hygiene protective sticker needs to be in tact
  • Any items not returned in a new condition or breaching the Policy terms will not be refunded
  • Wear and tear from use is not considered a legitimate refund reason.
  • You have 14 days to request a refund, starting from the day the order was placed
  • The customer is liable for the cost of return shipping. LUSEA is not liable for any lost returns so please return via a tracked service to ensure safe delivery
  • LUSEA can not refund shipping costs for return orders 
  • Please note for bikinis bought as sets, individual items can't be returned separately
  • If you are requesting a refund of an order which included a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount you paid minus the shipping costs
  • Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order 
  • Card refunds can take up to 10 days to show in your account 


We're currently unable to facilitate exchanges. To receive a new size, colour or style we recommend returning your original order and making a new order. Sorry for this inconvenience, we hope to offer this service soon.
